Your business, with more possibilities

Less time on repeat.
More time on what’s next.

Following up with customers. Creating content. Organizing information. Making decisions. Running a business means carrying a lot of work yourself.

The BPES AI & Digital Innovation Program helps you understand where digital tools can make a difference—and how to use them with purpose. Build practical knowledge you can apply directly to a business you’re starting or one you already run.

What you’ll learn

Practical skills.
Everyday business impact.

Explore how AI can support your work, from the first draft to the next business decision. Keep your judgment, your customers and your goals at the centre.

Work smarter, every day

Use AI to draft, summarize, brainstorm and organize. Learn to give clearer instructions and review the results before putting them to use.

Put it to work: turn rough notes into a clear action plan.

Automate routine tasks

Spot repetitive steps in your business and explore simple ways to connect your tools, reduce manual work and keep important tasks moving.

Put it to work: map a customer enquiry and follow-up process.

Strengthen your marketing

Develop content ideas, refine your message and improve your digital presence with AI tools that support your own brand and voice.

Put it to work: build a content outline around a real offer.

Connect with customers

Explore ways to respond more consistently, make information easier to find and support customers while keeping a personal touch.

Put it to work: draft useful answers to common questions.

Make better-informed decisions

Organize business information, explore patterns and compare options. Learn to question AI outputs and check the information behind them.

Put it to work: turn a simple sales summary into questions to investigate.

Innovate with confidence

Explore new ideas, choose tools that fit your needs and build thoughtful habits around accuracy, privacy and responsible AI use.

Put it to work: identify a small improvement you can test first.

See the possibilities

Start with a task
you know too well.

You don’t need to transform everything at once. Start with one part of your business where a better way of working could help.

Choose an example to explore a practical starting point. These are illustrations, not promised results.

The everyday challenge

“I never know what to post.”

A practical AI starting point

Use your offer, audience and common customer questions to generate a first draft of content ideas. Edit them so they sound like you.

Your judgment stays in charge.

Check every claim, add real examples and choose the ideas that fit your business.
